Sports Premium

At Chiltern Primary School we believe that all young people should have the opportunity to live healthy and active lifestyles. Physical activity has numerous benefits for both children's physical and mental wellbeing, including their education and their whole development.

We are committed to using our sports premium to enhance physical activity and ensure our children move more, raise attainment in swimming, run the daily mile as well as opportunities for sporting competitions and clubs for all our young people. We strive to build physical activity into the whole school day with active lessons and active lunchtimes so that we MOVE MORE! We know that moving more supports our well being; socially, physically and mentally. We have a Lets Move More ambassador who represents each class and who is part of the Junior Leadership Team.
